CAREERS

People generally join a platform if it answers two key questions: Can I leverage it to originate more business than I could on my own and can it help me execute business better/faster than I could on my own? However, the most important question to ask is will I be happy working there. If the answer is no, then the first two questions are irrelevant. Sustainability of employment, career growth and financial success are byproducts of a cohesive, supportive and collegial work environment.
I didn’t form the company because I thought there was a need for another investment bank. I did it because I wanted a workplace culture that people, myself included, were excited about and therefore created an environment that feels like a second home.

About the Company

Eyzenberg & Company is a fast-growing, real estate investment bank with core competencies in ground lease, C-PACE and debt & equity capital solutions for existing, transitional and to-be-built projects.

Its affiliate, Eyzenberg LFC, is an institutionally backed private equity vehicle specializing in the creation and acquisition of leased fee positions, subject to long term ground leases on income-producing real estate. Our principal experience coupled with our capital market relationships has made us the foremost experts in structuring and financing ground lease and leasehold interests.

Corporate culture is evident in our hiring criteria. The incumbent must be the right fit as much as we would be for the incumbent. Too much time is spent working together not to get along grandly, therefore many team members are involved in the 360o interview process. We are an open architecture/collaborative workplace encouraging team work, ingenuity, personal responsibility, and career growth. We foster and encourage growth, responsibility, and comradery.
